I had to really think and investigate which topic I wanted for this project. I am not a classroom teacher rand believe me this was difficult. So I decided on one problem that teacher's have is time management. I will be researching online professional development and training for teachers.
Many teachers do not have the time to take classes to improve their skills. Many school districts do not offer any type of courses that help them with classroom management. Also, many teachers feel that they are not learning anything new to help them connect with what they do in the classroom.
The following questions will be address:
1. Why school districts should implement online professional development?
2. Why is there a lack of variety of classes?
3. Can states improve the quality of classes with online learning?
4. Will online learning help school districts save money?

Charlene you can take an educational issue around recreation, it doesn't have to be for the classroom - education regarding the programs you run, parent or student issues, is there a specific problem that would relate to the work you do - where you might then use technology - web site resources, or such to make a difference?
